Every weekend, as a normal husband
and father, I like to spend time with my family and this week-end was no
different. Though, I had a little fight with my wife over my 2 year old's
behavior but all in all it was good. So what I did for sat-Sunday was as
usual. Saturday lunch outside with afternoon movie and evening outing with
Sunday’s visit to temple and another movie and then evening tennis. (What the
crap you are talking about....I was expecting something on movies) oh
ya...........
First movie first, "De talli", Hindi
move was too long for it's content and E. Nivas ( or Eshavar Nivas) as a
director has once again under performed.
The promos were good and cheekee,
songs were nice.
Story was not new at all. Three
friends 2 boys 1 gal hang out together gal lov 1st boy and 2nd help her to get
the 1st one.
Even the starting was good but then
there was no content to the story after that. Aftab is as good as he can
be, but you don't expect much from him do you?
Rimi was good compare to her other
performances and she was looking little better then her previous once (no one
can remember which one was her last movie).
Ritesh was the star of the movie he
did grate job sustaining my interest in movie.
The biggest disappointment was
Ayesha, she is really a nice actress and but I can't figure out was she was
going in this move.
Editing was lousy, background music
was ok supporting cast was bearable.
But Nivas, what are you doing man
you can be a masala entertainer. You need to work hard man; you got as many as 3
chances to prove that but disappointment every time.
Now about the second movie, I
saw "happening", yes I did and I am taking full responsibility of the mistake
that I did. I was wormed by Critics and Laymen alike not to but I did, Don't ask
me about the movie, but consider this If you saw the promo or trailer then that
is enough, that's it, nothing else is there to see.
My advice to the Six sense director
is "If you don't have enough money to make movie in Hollywood, Bollywood is
right place for you", good old ramsay brothers can help you out.
To tell
you honestly, from all the events happened on this week-end, my fight with my
wife was most exciting of all, or the only exciting off all, may be next week
will be better and I don't need to fight with my wife to make the weekend more
exciting.
